i-Health Ovega-3 delivers 500 mg omega-3s DHA and EPA. An alternative to fish oil, this vegan DHA/EPA supplement is made from a sustainable plant source (algae). Ovega-3 delivers the same heart healthy benefits of traditional fish oil, but without the unpleasant fishy aftertaste associated with some fish oil. Ovega-3 goes directly to the source—the algae that fish eat which naturally contains these important omega-3s. Ovega-3 is 100% free of PCBs and mercury because it is sourced from plants that are grown outside of the ocean.

Ingredients: Algal Oil (which contains high oleic sunflower oil, rosemary extract, antioxidants [tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate]), Corn Starch, Glycerin (from palm oil), Sorbitol, Carrageenan, Purified Water, Beta Carotene, and Caramel Color.
Directions: For use as a dietary supplement, take one softgel per day.
