I take 2 - 4 of these when I really need to be dialed-in. I've found it increases mental sharpness, faster thinking, and my ability to respond to questions / mental challenges more creatively. It works great on its own, but when I stack it with Acetyl-l-carnitine and it further improves my cognitive acuity.Awesome herb!
