Directions
- clean the affected area
- apply a small amount of this product (an amount equal to the surface area of the top of a finger) on the area 1 to 3 times daily

Stains fabric
This is a very soothing ointment. Only problem I I had was I accidentally got some on my jeans and it stained them. Make sure to put a bandage on over this.
