Helps me when I take together with cod liver
My knees are more limber when taking this daily. I eat it with liquid cod liver oil. Interesting thing is Just having either EFA or cod liver on its own isn’t enough to feel better physically and mentally. Only when I take together I feel significant difference. Maybe they help each other out synergistically. All I can tell ya is together it works for me!Good product
