Certified organic herbs in this tea include hawthorn, known to promote healthy blood flow and to help maintain cholesterol levels already within the normal range, and hibiscus, which is full of heart-healthy antioxidants like vitamin C, anthocyanins and beta carotene. Other organic herbs featured in each individually wrapped tea bag include lemon balm, a member of the mint family of herbs (traditionally used as a heart tonic), and rose hips, which are associated with heart-loving antioxidants as well as potentially aiding in weight management. Rounding out the list is sweet fennel, an herb rich in minerals such as potassium which has been linked to supporting blood pressure levels that are already within the normal range.

How to best experience the health benefits of Good Nature Tea Place one tea bag in an 8 oz. cup and fill with freshly boiled water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, remove tea bag, inhale, relax, and enjoy up to 3 times daily. Recommended direction for use is 5 continuous days, followed by 2 days break. Repeat for up to 6 weeks.
Store in a dry dark place.

If water retention of the legs occurs or when pains occur in the cardiac region that can spread to the arms, the upper abdomen or in the neck area, or in respiratory distress, medical diagnosis is absolutely necessary.
