How to best experience the health benefits of Good Nature Tea Place one tea bag in an 8 oz. cup and fill with freshly boiled water. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, remove tea bag, inhale, relax, and enjoy up to 3 times daily with no sugar added. Recommended direction for use is not more than 2-4 successive weeks, followed by 2 weeks break and continuing the cycle again.
Store in a dry dark place.
Caution: Consultation with a doctor is recommended prior to use. not recommended for patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers, cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension or arrhythmia, hyperthyroidism. Not recommended before bedtime as it may cause sleep disturbances. Caffeine containing preparations may reduce sedative action. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn) should avoid peppermint leaf preparations, because heartburn may increase.
