Great in Smoothies
My wife recently bought these hemp seeds, so I tried some in my morning smoothie. It made my shake very creamy and gave it a better texture than my usual morning shake overall. My wife likes to you these in her oatmeal or muesli and sometime in our salads or dinners. I have grown quite fond of these little seeds!Great Product!
