Ener-G Egg Replacer contains NO EGGS or EGG DERIVATIVES.
It is not nutritionally the same as eggs.
Instructions For Use: 1-1/2 teaspoons Ener-G Egg Replacer plus 2 tablespoons warm water equals one egg. Mix thoroughly before adding to the recipe. See side panel of package for more instruction.
To measure Egg Replacer accurately, pack (or press) Egg Replacer down firmly into the measuring spoon. If recipe calls for unbeaten eggs, stir Ener-G Egg Replacer into water (don't beat). If recipe calls for egg whites beaten stiff, beat Ener-G Egg Replacer with warm water until stiff. If recipe calls for egg yolks, stir 1-½ teaspoons Ener-G Egg Replacer into 1 tablespoon (15 ml) water for each egg. Other liquids such as milk or soy milk may be used instead of water if required.

No more flat, gooey breads and treats.
This is the best egg replacer I have used. Tried homemade and other store bought brands. This is it! Now my child can enjoy baked breads, cakes, cookies so similar to those that include eggs. No more flat, gooey breads and treats.Helpful
My grandson is allergic to eggs and I like to bake cookies for him. I found this product to be extremely helpful and effective in recipes that do call for eggs. The taste of the baked goods is not really compromised.Cakes flop
I don't know if I am just doing something wrong - the other reviews are good - but my cakes flop when using this! =( Maybe its cause my recipe calls for 5 eggs.. ?
