Mostly Sea water
Not bad tasting and easy to use. However it is a very expensive little bottle of mostly sea salt water. The amounts of minerals per serving are small compared to what you can get in other much more economical ways. Bananas, nuts, and pickle juice work just as well if you prefer to save a lot of cash.Easiest way to replenish electrolytes!
I've been using elete for many years now. I live in North Texas and cycle 40 to 60 miles daily even in the heat. elete electrolytes turn any drink into an electrolyte replenishing drink without the sugar or flavoring that can become heavy while you're exercising. It's also very convenient. Carry the small bottle and add electrolytes to your bottles whenever you refill. You can also adjust how much but adding fewer drops in the spring or fall and more drops in August and July. I highly recommend elete if you're doing anything that causes you to sweat heavily. It's great!
