I have been having a wonderful sleep, less waking. Better dreams too. I will buy this again. I have tried a LOT of sleeping aids. This is the BEST!no effect noticed by me whatsoever
I started off trying the recommended dosage of 2 capsules, noticed no effect.Next doubled it, still no noticeable effect.Finally tried 4 capsules supplemented by a double dose of triple-strength Swanson's melatonin...STILL no signs of drowsiness and ability to fall asleep.
