Magnesium is necessary for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body, and is essential for bone development, nerve function and cardiovascular health. Contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, soy protein, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, or artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring.

Tablets to large.
Tablets R to large & must be broken down. Have to chew them otherwise they get caught in the throat. Applesauce does help.
