got this high dose calcium for my husband, he didn't like it- made him agitated...so I tried it...WOW! this is one hopped up-energy pill in a calcium supplement! I will have to take a calmer version calcium before bed though. This one is great with breakfast for an extra boost in the morning- hope it lasts- will keep taking this one.
