A good substitute
We ordered this because my husband was just diagnosed with being allergic to cobalt. This is the only B12 we could find that he could take and it works, too!works great for me
I get noticeable results from this supplement. Definitely worth trying if you're not getting results with methylcobalamin.Very helpful
Methylcobalamin is the most common b12, but adenosylcobalamin (dibencozide) is the other active form used in the body. If methyl b12 does not work for you, then this may be helpful as in my case I'm not able to effectively convert methyl b12 to adenosyl b12.I would give a overall rating of 5, but I will give 4 as I would prefer the natural 'folate' vs. folic acid. Not stable
Dibencozide is not a stable form of B-12, it can break down in storage.
