Active homeopathic ingredients: Carbo veg 6X, lycopodium 3X, Calcarea carbonica 6X, Nux vomica 6X, Lobelia inflata 3X, Natrum phosphate 6X, cocculus 6X.
Other ingredients: Ginger root, hoelen root, coix seed, magnolia bark, atractylodes root, oryza root, pogostem herb, saussurea root, tangerine peel, chrysanthemum flower.
Directions: Take 2 to 3 capsules three times per day as needed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. To prevent symptoms of motion sickness take product one hour prior to activity. Do not exceed 10 capsules in a 24-hour period.
Children's Dosage: For ages 6 to 12, take 1 capsule three times per day as needed or as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.
WARNING: If symptoms do not improve or are accompanied by a fever, consult a doctor. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before taking this product. Do not take if you are on anticoagulants or antiplatelet therapies. Keep this and all other medications out of reach of children.

Works Better than Conventional Meds!
I've tried a variety of conventional and alternative preparations for nausea, dizziness, gastrointestinal issues, and have never found anything to work as well as this. I keep it in my purse to have it handy when needed. Grateful to have found this!Motion & Digestive Aid
I suffer from severe vertigo and I take this before I get out of bed and it has helped me immensely as mornings are when my attacks are the worst.
