ACTIVE HOMEOPATHIC INGREDIENTS: Byronia 6X, Ferrum Phosphoricum 6X, Gelsemium 6X, Nux Vomica 6X, Rhus Tox 6X
OTHER INGREDIENTS: (HERBAL EXTRACTS) Ilex Root, Evodia Root, Vitex Herb, Isatis Root Chrysanthemum Flower, Lonicera Flower, Pueraria Root, Tangerine Peel.
DIRECTIONS: Take 3-4 capsules 3 times daily with 8 ounces of water. Begin treatment at the first sign of cold or flu symptoms. Treatment course is 7 days or until symptoms resolve. Do not exceed 12 capsules a day.

I take 4 capsules when I first have a slight sore throat. Helps- wonderful product!!!
