I started using this to detox. I felt a difference. Someone recommended using it like oil pulling--swish a while and spit out. It makes my teeth feel so clean! Not much peppermint scent but that's not why I got it. I love this and recommend it.Nice mild flavor
This bentonite has a nice, mild peppermint flavor. It goes down nicely alone or can be mixed in any liquid drink. Highly recommend.
