great if you like chewing straw ( terrible)
terrible- the texture is inedible, like pieces of straw. not much flavor. I though it would be more of a powder that would be easy to add as a flavoring. BY far the worse product i have purchased on Swansons and I have purchased of Braggs.The REAL

I'm experimenting with different things such as a vegan diet and thought this sounded like a good seasoning for someone who wasn't used to using a lot of spices. Unfortunately for the same reason I find it to be a little too much so if you don't like a lot of spices I wouldn't recommend this. I was surprised Swanson carried this and I'm glad they did b/c the price was more reasonable than other places I checked first. And shipping time is just amazing from this company. I've recently made 2 purchases and it was here within 2 days. My husband and I shop Swanson a lot and every time I think I won't find something here I do. Pet supplies? I never would have thought but after finding the Bragg products here I decided to check here before elsewhere for pet products. Surprise! Thanks Swanson for carrying everything I was looking for!Replaces some salt
I use this to replace part of the salt when I make cultured vegetables. It adds nutrients and tastes great.
