Bluebonnet Super Earth Lecithin Granules are derived from 100% natural non-GMO soybeans. Lecithin is a great source of phosphatidylcholine, as well as vitamins, minerals and essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. Free of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, corn, yeast, gluten, barley, rice, sodium and sugar.
