Active Ingredients: Each 5X (HPUS):
Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera), Clematis (Clematis vitalba), Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera), Rock Rose (Helianthemum nummularium), Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum).
Inactive Ingredients: Beeswax, elderflower (as flavor), gum arabic, isomalt, maltitol, orange (as flavor), sorbitol, vegetable oil, xylitol.
Uses: For relief of occasional stress.
Directions: Dissolve 1 Pastille in mouth as required.
OPEN: PUSH LID DOWN
CLOSE: SQUEEZE SIDES
Warnings: Do not use if seal is broken. Ask a doctor before use in children under 12. Excessive consumption may induce mild laxative effects. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact Poison Control Center right away.

These calm me right down.
Rescue Remedy works. I am in a stressful part of my life and this calms me right down so I can do what I need to do. I have had these for quit a few years and even forgot having them at all but I am going through things and found them and put them to use and they are still effective. I know I bough them at a stressful part of my life and I bought two tins. I used up that first tin and have opened the second tin now at another stressful time.Bach remedies
I have used these for years! A great method to calm the mind during extreme stressful times yet continuing to be functional during the day. Yet may be used at bedtime as well.Helps me with stress somewhat, sometimes
These have a nice flavor. I think they help with tension somewhat, but I can't always tell the difference. Good price and worth trying.
