I put a drop or 2 in my water for energy.Slight pick me up
It is a very mild pick me up. Like a little bit of caffiene.Keep my energy level constant
Although I do take other supplements, Olive is the one that keeps my energy level constant without any downer effect afterward. Due to high stress level I encounter at work, I use it to keep me on even -keel all day. I mix it in my tea and drink that all day. It just works great!!interesting stuff
Definitely is restorative, gives energy. But I am not sure if it is making me tense.
