INGREDIENTS
( 5 - 4" Pancakes)
1 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 egg, beaten or egg substitute
1 tbsp. Canola Oil
½ Cup Milk, Coconut or Almond Milk or Water
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
1. Stir all ingredients JUST until lumps disappear. Do not over mix.
2. Cook on preheated (375° F - 400° F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry. For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
Serving Suggestions: Stir into the batter just before cooking: ½ fresh berries, ½ tsp. ground cinnamon, ¼ cup chopped nuts.

Best of brands
Tried several brands and always come back to this one. My grandson is gluten free and dairy free. Other brands can be gluten free but have dairy in them. He likes this the best and so do his siblings who aren’t gluten free. I’ll continue to buy this brand.Pancake/Baking Mix

I was skeptical at first as to what this was going to taste like. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they taste very rich and are excellent pancakes. I highly recommend this mix.
