Ancient Nutrition's Organic Fiber Raspberry Lemonade is made to be an easy way to meet your fiber goals. Its easy to digest, with 5g Fiber Blend, including organic acacia fiber and konjac root, per serving to help ease occasional bloating and digestive discomfort. Its easy to work into your daily routine and its even easy to mix — because theres no psyllium husk in their superfood formula, so it doesnt immediately turn to goop.

    This 5g Fiber Blend includes 2 billion CFU (at time of manufacture) of an SBO probiotic strain called Bacillus coagulans. SBO, or soil-based organism, probiotics are a particularly resilient and effective strain. Unlike probiotics that need to be refrigerated to survive, SBO probiotics actually thrive in harsh environments (like the gut). Ancient Nutrition included it to provide added support for nutrient absorption, digestive function, healthy elimination and healthy gut microflora.
