Preparation
Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 12 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
Directions for use:
1 cup, 3 times daily is recommended.

Duration of use:
Do not use for periods longer than 7 days, or more often than 5 times per year without consulting a physician.
