Preparation Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
Directions for use: We recommend 3 cups daily.

Have to source simple teas on FoodMap diet and this one helps fill the bill.Good addition to my tea blend
I was looking for a replacement for the Raspberry tea we were using as wanted to get rid of the caffeine in our current blend. Found this tea on Swanson's site and decided to try it. It gives a nice flavor and blends well with the other teas I use in our blend.
