Preparation: Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 15 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
Directions for use: We recommend 4 cups daily.

What did they do to this tea?
I've loved the Alvita Milk thistle tea 'caffeine free' version (i.e. not organic), but they didn't have that one and I figured this one would be the same, except for a slightly higher price. Well was I wrong! First, i was struck by a very strong smell that I did not like. But I started sipping anyway, and after two sips it gave me reflux!Tried again, and it happened again. So can't use this- is the entire alvita 'organic' line this bad? Have they replaced the 'white boxes' of tea that ive used and loved for so many years? unhappy customer.Great robust tea
I chose this tea for its health benefits and natural qualities. I was pleased with the taste...a robust tea, but not overwhelming strong. I just about ran out of this tea and bought another brand at a store. That tea did not have the same robust flavor. I am definitely sticking with this brand.
