Preparation Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.

good, bitter tea
I combine the goldenseal tea with tulsi tea in the morning, and it serves as a digestive bitter for me. I usually get two cups from one bag, so that helps save!
