Preparation
Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 12 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
Directions for use:
2 cups daily is recommended.

Cran-tastic!!!
A little pricy but well worth it - - this is the only 100% cranberry tea I have found, plus it is organic! Very good flavor but I mainly love it for the benefit of cranberries. Sometimes I add a touch of cranberry juice for a little sweetness.
