Other Ingredients: Fructose, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin. Contains <2% of: Acacia, Fruit & Vegetable Juice Concentrates (Cherry, Raspberry, Beet) (color and flavor), Malic Acid, Natural Flavors, Silicon Dioxide, Sucrose, Tartaric Acid, Tocopherols (to preserve freshness).
Directions: Adults - one (1) packet 30 minutes before bedtime, as needed, for occasional sleeplessness. Empty contents into a glass, add 4-6 oz of water, stir. For lighter flavor, mix with more water. Do not exceed suggested use. As with any supplement, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use.
