INGREDIENTS: Organic Black Cumin Seed (Nigella sativa L.)
Directions for use:
Adults ½ to 1 tsp (5 ml) daily with a meal. Mix into any hot or cold drink (e.g. orange juice), or food. Children 3-12 yrs old ¼-1 tsp daily or as recommended by a health care professional.
