For Once Again, nut butter is their bread and butter. This New York-based business produces a range of delicious and popular nut butters, including peanut, cashew and almond varieties and even a tahini and organic honey. The company was founded by Jeremy Thaler and Constance Potter in 1976, who shared common business and environmental beliefs. At the suggestion of a friend, they decided to use a barrel roaster they already had to make peanut butter, which led to the birth of Once Again and their start in manufacturing nut butters. The company is employee-owned and dedicated to supporting organic and sustainable farming practices, proud to offer a healthier alternative for every customer. As for that cute raccoon in their logo? It’s Rocky, one of four baby raccoons who grew up on factory grounds.
