Rated 5 out of 5 by from God has outdone Himself on creating Chia I recently (within the past few months) have added Chia to my diet. Specifically, Chia to my whey protein shakes. I prefer the Chia Meal SOOOO much more. Although the seeds do not bother me....the meal mixes into shakes, over salads & even into broths so much nicer. The combination of whey protein powder & chia meal in my shakes fills me for hours!! And high in Omegas yet very very low in calorie!! See? I told ya God done right creating Chia!! You will NOT be disappointed in this product. Try it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Them I was a big consumer of Ground Flax Seeds and have decided to add in Chia for the wonderful benefits: calcium, fiber, protein. I love these because they are pre-ground. Although Chia doesn't need to be ground before consuming I prefer the texture in my smoothies, yogurt and veggies. The price is great!
