If you can get soybeans in your area, you can dehydrate or oven roast them. These are dry and rather tasteless.

I really love these. The only reason I gave the 4- star ratings is because I wish they were organic.

I use soy beans in my salads. I was purchasing them from the grocery store but always found so many that were too hard to bite into. These soy beans I haven't found any that are to hard. They are always fresh when I get them and the price is a lot less than the grocery store. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase them from Swanson.

This is my alternate snack when I get tired of popcorn. Even though these had a little more salt than I would have liked, they still have a very good flavor. I grew up in Illinois, so we used to get soybeans all the time for a snack. These are so convenient. I keep them stored in an air tight container on the counter. When I need a little energy boost I just grab a few and munch away.
I also have used them in stir fry veggies to give them a little crunch when I don't have water chestnuts. They pack a lot of protein in a little amount.

THESE SOY NUTS ARE A GREAT WAY TO HAVE A TASTY, LOW FAT SNACK & GET SOME EXTRA PROTEIN. PLUS, THEY ARE A PERFECT ADDITION TO SALADS INSTEAD OF CROUTONS OR ADD THEM TO YOGURT.

THEY ARE LOW IN FAT COMPARED TO NUTS AND SEEDS. TASTE GOOD. A GOOD SNACK BEFORE EXERCISE.
