DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement for adults, chew 1 tablet after a meal, or as needed (up to 3 tablets) with 8 fl. oz. of water. Do not exceed 15 tablets in a 24-hour period.
WARNINGS: If you are taking prescription medications, consult your doctor prior to use. If symptoms of digestive discomfort persist for more than two weeks, discontinue use and consult a physician. Not to be used by children under 12 unless recommended by a physician.
