Chia Meal 4.5 5 3 4
Very pleased! I have been following Dr Fuhman's book "Eat to Live" and he recommends a Tbs of flax meal a day. Then he wrote that he preferred Chia meal for our Omega 3s. This is a big bottle for a good price. I dip apple slices in it for breakfast and it is nutty and good. Will definitely buy more. October 11, 2012
Chia Meal Chia meal has little taste of its own so it is very easy to add to many meals. February 6, 2012
Chia Meal too pricey This is a good product but not a good value. I recommend that Swanson come out with their own meal and make it more affordable, as they have done with the straight chia seed product. December 29, 2011
