Other ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), organic flaxseed oil, yellow beeswax, sunflower lecithin (non-GMO), aqueous coating solution (purified water, ethylcellulose, medium chain triglycerides [coconut], oleic acid, sodium alginate, stearic acid).
Suggested usage: 2 softgels, 30-45 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health professional.
