ShopRunner is an exclusive service that offers unlimited free two-day shipping ($50+ minimum) and returns for over 100 retailers. Members pay an annual fee to subscribe and are eligible for other perks such as free shipping, member-only deals, and more.
Does ShopRunner Deliver on Weekends and Holidays?
Generally, ShopRunner's carriers do not deliver on federal holidays or weekends. To see holiday schedules, visit carrier websites below.
Does ShopRunner Ship My Order?
ShopRunner does not process or ship your order. Our Swanson Health team will handle processing and shipping from our distribution centers in North Dakota and Pennsylvania.
When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing along with 2 full business days for your product to be delivered.
Note: ShopRunner cannot ship internationally or to AK, HI, FPO/APO, PO Box, or U.S Territories. The member will be downgraded to Standard Ship Free Shipping in Express Checkout.
How Can I Track My Order?
To find tracking on your order, sign in to your ShopRunner account and select "track this order."
Look for the ShopRunner logo next to each product to find out if it is ShopRunner eligible. Orders with items with a longer ship time or heavy-weight items (over 2 lbs) do qualify as long as there are ShopRunner-eligible items included in the order. The items with a longer ship time and/or heavy-weight items will ship separately via the best value option.
