Peel the banana, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the freezer at least 12 hours before making the smoothie. It's easy to store a few bananas in the freezer since they'll keep almost indefinitely. When ready to make, remove the plastic wrap and cut the banana in 6 pieces with a sharp knife. Pour pineapple juice, coconut oil and banana pieces in a blender, cover and blend. While it's whirring, remove the cover and add Swanson Whey Protein Powder, honey and ginger. Blend for a minute or until consistency is smooth and creamy. Pour in a 16-ounce glass or into the shell of a carved-out pineapple and drink through a straw. In about 10 minutes you will feel electrified and ready to do something fun!
