The best baking flour! I use this flour for all baking recipes including the ones that ask for "all purpose flour." It's especially good for all muffin recipes & pancakes. I belong to a food co-op and can buy locally made flour but it is very expensive and a little to rough to use in many recipes. The cost of all the Bob's products is very good here at Swanson.
