Whole grain Teff Flour from Bob's Red Mill is a highly nutritious whole grain flour made from the smallest grain in the world. Compared to other grains, it has a much larger percentage of bran and germ, so it's a very good source of dietary fiber, protein and iron. Teff flour has long been a nourishing staple of highland Ethiopians. Now you too can enjoy its light, unique flavor and bountiful nutrition. Substitute up to 1/4 cup teff flour per cup of wheat flour in your favorite baked goods recipes for added nutrition and Teff's unique and wholesome flavor. All natural.

nutritious grain
I love that this grain has been made into a flour to give body to baked goods. I never use more than 1/3-1/2 C per recipe. If making injera bread for an african dish, this is The Flour to use. Great price and product.

Convenient
This was perfect for my needs. I use it in my pre workout drink because of the way it dissolves into the drink with no clumps or residue in the bottom of the glass as is the case with Teff seeds,
