What I am absolutely, positively thrilled to share is how happy I am compared to local stores, at the variety of gluten free flour, the great prices, the wonderful convenience of not leaving my home and getting great variety at fabulous prices. What more could I ask? Oh yes. Someone to make my bread for me as I simply do not have room for a bread machine!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Gluten Free Alternative I have LOTS of food allergies, and can only eat "Gluten Free" baked goods. Since I am allergic to two "Gluten Free" staples - Potato Flour and Rice Flour, it is even more difficult for me. I have found that by making my own Gluten free "all-purpose" flour, using Bob's Red Mill Sweet Sorghum Flour, Quinoa Flour, Guar Gum and either Tapioca Flour or Arrowroot, I can make some really nice, and satisfying baked goods. If you are "Gluten Free" try using Bob's Red Mill Sweet Sorghum Flour in your baked goods, it gives them a great texture.

I make a chocolate cake that my husband will eat, which is a miracle because he doesn't eat cake. It is so moist that he loves it. I highly recommend for all your baking needs.

It has a good mild flavor so no one will know it's there. Sometimes other gluten free flours have a strong or odd taste and overpower the dish. NOT THIS ONE!
