Ingredient: Red Lentils.

Basic Cooking Directions: To cook lentils, simply pick over to remove debris, rinse and drain. Cover 1 cup Lentils with 3 cups water or broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until tender. Serves four.
