Ingredient: Fava beans.

Use for soups, dips, and a wide variety of other dishes.

Cooking Instructions: Rinse and sort Fava Beans, do not soak. Place in medium to large saucepan, 1 part Fava Beans to 3 parts water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes or until soft. Beans will begin to break apart as they cook, overcooking may result in mushy beans. One cup of dried Fava Beans yields approximately 3 cups of cooked beans.
