INGREDIENTS: Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Millet Flour, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Flour, Cane Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Active Dry Yeast, Sea Salt (Magnesium Carbonate), Guar Gum.

Manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts and soy.


  • 1 pkg Gluten Free Pizza Crust
  • 1½ cups Warm Water
  • 2 Eggs*
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Yeast Packet (enclosed)

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine water and yeast. Let stand a few minutes. Add eggs and oil to mixture and blend briefly. Add GF Pizza Crust Mix and blend about a minute on medium speed, until combined. Leaving dough in bowl, split in half, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 20 minutes. Place dough on greased pizza pans. Using wet hands, spread out dough to cover the full pizza pan. Bake without toppings for 7 to 9 minutes.

Remove from oven, cover with favorite sauce and toppings. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Makes two 12-inch or one 16-inch pizza crusts. Dough can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and store in plastic bag. When ready to bake, take dough out of refrigerator and allow to rest 30 minutes. Spread dough onto greased pizza pan and bake as directed.

*Eggless option: Combine 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal + 6 Tbsp Water; let stand one minute. Add to recipe as you would the eggs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid product Really like the taste and texture of this crust. It will never be like a thin crispy crust pizza crust, but it has a really nice flavor and with some work, can be made relatively thin. Definitely do not feel the carb bloat after eating this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great if avoiding wheat When I started developing stomach and health issues from consuming wheat, I was bummed because I love pizzas, especially making my own from home. I tried quite a few gluten-free recipes online but most of them required too many different types of flours which made it inconvenient and I could never get a good consistency (we like a slightly thinner and crunchy crust). The Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free pizza crust mix has worked great so far. My only recommendation would be to add a Tbsp of psyllium husk to the mix along with 1 Tbsp of additional water. It gives some extra fiber which is good for the digestive system and make the crust have more of a dough-like consistency which is lacking in many gluten-free breads due to lack of gluten. Plus, the cooking times are too short for where we live in Hawaii at sea level. I have to add an additional 2-4 minutes pre-cooking the crust before adding toppings.

I get compliments from friends & family on my homemade pizza, and they're really surprised when I tell them it was gluten free. I was surprised at how easy it is to make. Buying from Swanson's is a particularly good value, because the price is only about half of what you'd pay in a supermarket or health food store.

Found the easiest way to make it was to put the dough between sheets of parchment paper and roll it out. Leaving the parchment paper on both sides when baking the crust, then removing the top layer of paper and putting the toppings on the crust to finish baking. (need to prebake the crust anyways). Tastes great if adding cheese to the crust as well. My kiddos LOVE this pizza crust. Easy to make in the mixer. Easy to rise the dough. Just takes time to roll out. I have also patted/ smoothed it out with wet hands to the desired thickness. Messy. Need to wet hands repeatedly with water. Worth the time and mess!!!

It was gooey in parts and hard in other sections and it did not taste good. I ended up placing the pizza back in the oven again, but that didn't help the gooey sections of the pizza.

It tastes even better than regular pizza crust! Our friends love it, too, and they don't even eat gluten-free products. It is wonderful to be able to eat our favorite foods and have them be gluten-free. Also, ALL Bob's Red Mill products are GMO FREE, too! That is a HUGE PLUS! Bob's Red Mill is the only company I trust, so far, in my search for GMO FREE ingredients. Being able to buy this mix here at Swansons saves me money, too!

Just follow the directions, add gluten free pizza sauce, your choice of toppings, and you won't find a better tasting pizza even at the pizza joints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GF Pizza at last Makes a great crust. Dough comes out very wet and sticky, be generous with bench flour (rice flour works fine) and it rolls out fine. I have divided a batch into 5-6 mini pizzas, frozen in portions. Defrost 24 hours in fridge, then let rise somewhat at room temp before you flour up and roll out.

I have asked them in the past to double bag the flour products, again they did not. The product itself is great, SWANSON shipping not so much! The bag the product is in is not made to have any weight put on it at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Newly gluten-free I'm new to the gluten-free lifestyle and it's been quite a transition, to say the very least. Somehow, just knowing the option of eating things wheat-based has been stripped from me makes me want those foods infinitely more. Craving pizza I ordered this pizza crust hoping it would be close to the real deal so I could enjoy pizza with my family. IT IS!! It's a little bit of a pain to make but not too bad. It doesn't taste quite as good as the real deal but it is surprisingly good. Not too crumbly, not too dry and not too bland. Next time I prepare it I plan to add some seasonings to it to enhance the flavor a bit, but I do intend to stock up on it so I can have pizza more often. I can see using this for traditional pizza, breakfast pizza, dessert pizza, etc. because the flavor is mild. Thank you Bob's Red Mill for easing this transition. I will definitely be trying more of your gf products!!
