Great for Gluten Free Baking I have LOTS of food allergies, and can only eat "Gluten Free" baked goods. Since I am allergic to two "Gluten Free" staples - Potato Flour and Rice Flour, it is even more difficult for me. I have found that by making my own Gluten free "all-purpose" flour, using Sorghum Flour, Quinoa Flour, Guar Gum and either Tapioca Flour or Arrowroot, I can make some really nice, and satisfying baked goods. If you are "Gluten Free" try adding Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour to your baked goods, it gives them a nice texture. September 21, 2013
