Wellness leader of 50 years recognized for excellence in customer care, product innovation and employee culture

Earlier this year, Swanson was awarded Best Social Media Customer Care by The International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) during the ICMI Contact Center Expo. The ICMI's Global Contact Center Awards recognize excellence in contact centers around the world. This validates Swanson's commitment to providing the best customer care, which is further supported by its high comparative Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 87 and Stella scores averaging 951.
Swanson also received the globally recognized Silver Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize organizations worldwide for their achievements in sales, customer service and call centers.
