  1. Puree spinach.
  2. Mix with Greek yogurt, finely chopped walnuts, chopped tarragon, dill weed, chopped cilantro, crushed red pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste.

In a pinch? Substitute 1/2 – 1/3 teaspoon cilantro for the fresh cilantro and 1/2 – 1/3 teaspoon tarragon for the fresh tarragon.
