Serving size: 1.5 cups
- 4 ice cubes
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon PB2 powdered peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned rolled oats
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until ingredients are properly mixed.
