Hemp Seed Smoothie

This Hemp Seed Smoothie is the perfect addition to your diet plan and is a great post-workout drink. With 9 grams of fiber per serving, it is a nourishing beverage that also makes a good breakfast alternative.

Its base is Almond Milk, a vegan, low GI and delicious substitute for dairy or soy milk. We added in Organic Hemp Seed. Called nature's perfect food because of its nutrition content, hemp seed delivers vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fiber and healthy EFAs. Hemp seed also delivers 10 grams of protein in each serving of this smoothie.

Chia Seed and Old Fashioned Organic Rolled Oats both feature fiber and protein. Peanut butter and fresh banana add flavor and a hint of sweetness. Customize your Hemp Seed Smoothie by adding fruit, kefir, cocoa powder or honey to make it your own. Enjoy!
