As Swanson Health Products continues to expand our selection of healthy foods, vitamins and supplements and healthy home products, we also want to ensure fast and reliable shipping of your natural health supplies regardless of the number of products we carry. Last year, we opened a new distribution center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to help expedite orders to our East Coast customers. If you’re a regular Health Blog reader, you know we recently announced the opening of our new distribution center in Sparks, Nevada, which will enable us to offer a similar benefit to our West Coast customers.

On April 11, we held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of our West Coast Distribution Center. Speakers included Terry Kraft, Director of Operations at Swanson Health Products and Len Stevens, Executive Director for the Northern Nevada Chamber of Commerce. Also in attendance at the ribbon cutting; Patty Westland, Rachel Rice, Pam O’Neill, Troy Ruscheinsky, Milton Sorensen, Jordan Lugert, the West Coast Distribution Center team, members of the Northern Nevada Chamber of Commerce and myself. The ceremony was followed by a reception of that included healthy snacks (of course) and a tour of our new facility.
