Yum! This stuff is great for smoothies and shakes. My favorite is 2 tbs. of this mixed with 1 C. organic chocolate milk and 1 C. organic chocolate frozen yogurt. Makes a decadent after dinner treat that's not horribly unhealthy. March 20, 2014
Good Replacement My wife and I really enjoy peanut butter but sometimes want to avoid the fat, not always, just sometimes. This is a good replacement if you have already met your daily recommended consumption of fats. Add as much or little water as you like to make it creamy or really sticky. PB2 Im a huge peanut butter fan! Problem is that its so fattening but with this product its 85% less fat. I use it in smoothies & love it. I do use more than they recommend because I like a strong peanut butter taste. This is the best price Ive been able to find. December 8, 2013
I <3 this stuff! I really do love this stuff! It's so convenient to be able to add the powdered peanut butter to my smoothies! It imparts very few carbs, a nice little bit of protein, and all without the added oils of traditional peanut butters. That's important to me because for whatever reason the traditional peanut butters give me heartburn! This doesn't :) I have yet to add water to it to create a peanut-butter consistency, but I'm confident that if I did, I would like that, too! The only complaint I have is that Swanson's does not currently carry the PB2 in the larger 5 lb package. It would be convenient if they did! November 29, 2013
Great Product I go to Weight Watchers and really try to eat food that taste good and good for you, several people in my W.W. told me about PB2 and I wasn't sure powdered peanut butter would be good, I was wrong it is wonderful and I think of a new way to eat it everyday # example: I mix PB2 with fat free cool whip and fat free pudding, put in low fat graham cracker crust and you have a low calorie dessert. PB@ is great stuff! This item was delivered super quick. It comes in a powder and you just add water. You can make as much as you need or make extra and put it in a sealed container in the fridge. I LOVE IT. It supplies needed protein at a fraction of the caloric amount. I use slightly more water than directed for a creamier consistency. You can also add it to low fat yogurt for a great fruit dip. I have already reordered and will not go back to regular peanut butter! Excellent alternnative What a great product. You must be creative with using powdered peanut butter as it is exactly that...powder. Its great in smoothies, shakes and oatmeal! No Added Oils I like this product because it does not have the added soybean or canola oil that you get in a regular jar of PB. If I want to add a good fat I have my walnut oil handy. I also like that it has less carbohydrate than a jar of PB and no HFC. You just mix with water to the consistency you like. I mix with water then add to the shakes I make on a daily basis. Next best thing to the real thing!!! I go thru a bottle a week! Peanut butter is my chocolate.. I can't live without it...I few months ago, I was put on a VERY strict medical diet.. LOVE PB2!! I love this stuff! I love peanut butter however don't get to eat much of it due to the high calorie count and the fat content. PB2 is so fabulous!! I am thrilled I found this Peanut Butter This is the first time that I bought Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. I had never heard of it before I found it on the Swanson website.
