Good Gluten Free Flour I bought this because I eat/bake Gluten Free and I make my own GF flour mixtures, which inlcudes Millet flour. Swanson't offered this at a good price. This is a good size bag and I normally only use about 1/4 to 1/2 cup per recipe so it lasts a while. Millet is a slightly sweet flour used to make gluten free pancakes or tortillas or other breads.
